What are the shipping costs for EU countries?
Your order is send with the PostNL delivery service. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel (0-2 kilo or 2-5 kilo) and are calculated at checkout.
Orders heavier than 5 kilos must be ordered via email. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or inquiries via info@wolwinkelpluche.nl.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be shipped to us within 32 days of the date your order was placed, but I please ask that you do so at your earliest convenience.
Items must be unused and suitable for resale. Please note that return labels are not available and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To return products, please follow these steps:
- Repack the items including your name and order number.
- Address the parcel to:

The Netherlands - At the post office, I recommend that you request a tracking number.
When can I expect my package to be delivered?
Orders are processed on opening days, on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a track&trace link via email.
Once the parcel is sent, the estimated delivery time is 5 days.

Special information delivery to the United Kingdom
Duties and taxes information
According to the guidelines following Britain’s leaving the EU, all orders with a retail value totalling £135 or more, will be subject to customs import duties and taxes.
To receive your package, you will need to accept the fees imposed. Pluche Wol en Garens is not responsible for paying these fees, nor held liable for issuing a refund if you refuse to accept the package.
Kindly note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel is destined. We will not be liable for any breach made by you of any such laws.
